The stuff of thoughts is what keeps the eggs in the shopping cart from cracking. It’s what tells you to wear your seat belt or cross at the corner. The mind is a tool for survival. Thoughts move us through the day. But, what of the mind which has idle time? Forever on duty, the mind manufactures thoughts as random as the ripples of the sea.
